About Us
Activity Holidays Greece have been operating yachting holidays and Learn to Sail holidays in the Southern Ionian Islands for 30 years. We are a small, family run yacht charter company with yachts based in Nidri and lefkada town on the island of Lefkada, Greece.
No telephone menus to negotiate, no trained sales people trying to sell you something you don’t want. From booking to sailing, it will be a member of our family that will help and advice.
When arriving you will meet the owner and lead Skipper, Ben and his team.
As a family run company, we strive to exceed our guests' expectations.
We are small enough that we can tailor our route to our customers as well as the changing weather patterns if needed.

Ben
Owner/Skipper
Having a passion for sailing at a very young age in the UK, it has always been Bens's dream to own a charter business. Taking his Yacht Master qualifications whilst sailing in Australia and New Zealand, he has been a sailing/cruising instructor in both the Dodecanese and the Southern Ionian Islands for the last 19 years. Owner and lead skipper for Activity Holidays Greece, he is passionate about sailing /racing and instructing. His logged 60.000+ nautical miles include European, Transatlantic, Caribbean and East Coast American passages, as well as regularly professionally yacht racing worldwide.
Nina
Admin/GR Office
The hidden gem behind the desk or on the end of the phone. Nina being based in our Lefkada island office, will always put a smile on your face as she answers all your questions and takes your bookings. A keen sailor/windsurfer who loves the three S's. Sailing, Skiing and Sunbathing. Nina is always keen to be on the water! Nina also owns her own sail loft business called NKS Sail Loft which is Activity's in-house sail loft (very convienient).
Skippers
When needed, we employ professional English speaking skippers, holding a minimum qualification of R.Y.A. Yachtmaster Off-shore. Our skippers are professional at all times, making sure your safety aboard is priority during your holiday. What ever your level of sailing ability is, our skippers will always be able to improve or teach you new seamanship skills. We look forward to sailing with you.

If you’re reading this debating whether to book with Activity Holidays Greece then just do it & get ready for the most incredible & unforgettable holiday! We went as a group of friends & the group chat hasn’t stopped since we got back planning how we can get back again. It’s the type of holiday you can have it all - relax in the morning, dive into the sea in the afternoon, go snorkelling, jump on the SUP, learn to sail, G&T on the deck, explore the local towns & eat in the best tavernas. We did it all. Ben is absolutely A* & his local knowledge second to none. Always choosing the best spots for everything from beautiful bays through to dinner recommendations. Even when the weather turned against us he knew exactly where to be moored up safely for the evening. It’s a holiday I will be talking about for a long time! ⛵️⚓️

Can’t wait for our next trip on the water with this amazing family-run business! Relaxing lunches in little bays, news skills to learn (sail trimming is my job of choice, but the hubby has a gift for helming!), quaint harbours to explore and the best recommendations for evening food. What makes them special is what no other sailing company has - Ben and Nina. You couldn’t ask for better company on your trip, more support in growing your confidence, or more reassurance with your booking. Like I said, the next sail can’t come soon enough 😎 🏝️ ⛵️

Ben and Nina are exceptional hosts and their knowledge of the best (and quietest during peak season!) spots is second to none.
We were an active group which Ben spotted right away, and devised us some fantastic activities on the water which kept us all entertained for hours - including cave swimming!
My favourite night was when we laid anchor next to a deserted island and ate & slept under the stars. It was the most memorable evening.
We cannot wait to get back there for another trip of a lifetime and can’t recommend Activity Holidays highly enough!
